Service
to the users:
Set up such a three-stage service network as a users’
service center in the headquarter and a service station of each
provincial sale company and perfectual sale branch. The users’
service center is set with a technical service dept and a post-sale
service dept. The former is responsible for answering the technical
inquiries from clients, analyzing and processing the product failure
and giving technical guidance on the site while the latter for the
service of repair, return and replacement.
For the quality, there is no best, only better. And for the satisfaction
of the users, there is no terminal point, only initiating one. We
will always base on the satisfaction of the clients to keep strengthening
the quality control and make great efforts to surpass the advanced
level of the same trade both at home and abroad so as to set up
an international brand of our own.
